6 meals a day for weight loss

QUESTION: so 2 yrs ago i gained 82 pounds with my pregnancy. and since, i have lost maybe 30. but i like food, especially italian and mexican. i need help. i am female, 23, 5?0, and weight 260.  any advice?

QUESTION: hi lea! thanks for writing back. well on a typical day: breakfast i eat cereal or 2 eggs. lunch and diner are either chicken or steak. exercise for me is a walk around the park sometimes, and 50 sit ups nightly. i do drink lots of water... but my plan isn't working. what would you recommend?

I think you need to eat more often and smaller portions, eating 6 times a day in small meals can help to speed up your metabolism.

Typical weight loss day example:  
B:1 cup cereal, 3/4 cup milk, 1 fruit - Please MEASURE your cereal out.  Please have a fruit instead of fruit juice.
S. 1 more fruit, 8 almonds
L: 1/2 cup rice or pasta, 2 oz chicken (2 fingers size)
S: carrot sticks, 10 almonds, 4 plain crackers.
D: smaller than baseball (3/4 cup) potato, rice or pasta. palm size meat. as many veggies as you want.  Please no soft drinks as they hinder weight loss.
S: 3 cups popcorn and a fruit  

You may feel hungry the first wee as your body adjusts but I promise this will past and it is important to get through it to see results.  Remember you can eat unlimited vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cucumber etc).
