Potassium in powdered drinks

Question
Can you tell me how much (on average) of potassium is in the sugar free powdered drinks? My fiance has been told he has high potassium and i'm wondering if the powdered drinks could be the problem since he drinks a lot of those and we're pretty good about the food.

Thank you

Answer
Teresa,

It varies depending on the drink and should be on the label. For example:

Pure Protein Shake (Worldwide Sport) - 240  mg per serving
IsoPure (Nature's Best) - 810  mg per serving

You might want to read about potassium content of foods so here's for more information-
