Any Changes with Your Sleep Requirements?

Question
I'm curious to know if now require less sleep since going on a raw diet?

Thanks,
Michel

Answer
Pre-raw diet I'd developed chronic fatigue and acute insomnia. I would find it tiring just to watch television, and doing more than 10 minutes of light activity in the gym was simply not possible. As regards insomnia , it would take me from 1 to 3 hours to get to sleep, and I'd wake up each morning(even after 8 to 10 hours sleep) feeling as though I'd only slept an hour or so.  Going rawpalaeo removed both those conditions completely .  Mind you, I suspect strongly that if I'd eaten "high-meat" and gone in for raw adrenal glandular(and avoided the raw dairy) right from the very start of this diet , that I would have recovered much faster re removing chronic fatigue etc.

Anyway, as a result of going rawpalaeo, I have no problems any more re chronic fatigue and can get to sleep much, much  quicker. It's common for me to need only 5-6 hours sleep on weekdays, and I suppose I usually sleep another hour or two at weekends.
