I'm a 6,5 feet 270 pound football player. I want to stay the weight that I am but I want to lose body fat, And I want to become more cut. Is there a diet or a plan I can follow that will help me acomplish this goal?

My other suggestion is to get a body fat scale. These scales are usually $50-$100, and use a mild electrical current to measure your body fat. You can use it to monitor your progress.
