Low fat, low sugar diet

Question
Can you please give me some ideas on a low fat, low sugar diet? I seek a low fat diet to lower my tryglicerites and a low sugar diet because sugar makes very anxious. I would like ideas for both dinner type meals and also for snacks. It seems impossible to find good healthy snacks. Any ideas?

Answer
Dear Robert,

Let's start with snacks. The best for your purpose are pre-cut  vegetables like baby carrots, celery sticks, sliced apples sprinkeld wigh lemon juice and cinamon, etc. with any low fat dip you like. Or, make your own croutones of spiced whole grain bread cubes sprayed with no-fat baking spray.

Dinner menus are not a problem at all. Just exclude fats and sugar and choose grilled, roasted, or baked lean meats, poultry, fish, add lots of green salads dressed with no-fat dressing, and have berries or sugar-free Jellos for dessert.

Please don't hesitate following up this answer if you need more details.
