QuestionHi madam,
Madam i wana ask u is butter a better diet than other oils and ghee(animal fats).
If it is then how it differs from other animal fats (ghee) as regards to fatty acid constituents.
Infact i m a medical student and people ask me whether we can use butter in instead of Ghee while in their efforts to loose their fats?

First of all, butter is no oil and ghee is exactly butter, though specially prepared (clarified) and being 'animal fat' as you correctly mentioned, it's worse for health than any oil since it contains saturated fatty acids (bad fats) while oils consist of unsaturated fatty acids (good fats.)
Whether or not any fat good for wight loss depends on a diet. Low-fat diets suggest that you eat less fats and low carb diets are just opposite - high in fats and proteins.
