diet?!

Question
I am a 17 year old male, 5'7", 127 lbs. I am overall pretty lean and toned but have been searching for the optimum methods to get to the very low body fat range white not losing hard earned muscle mass gains.

I run about 5-6 miles everyday, and lift weights about 3-4 times a week, which I feel is a good regimen in maintaining/gaining muscle mass while burning fat and metabolizing calories.

However, I have experimented with many diet routines (higher protein, lower carb; higher carb, mild protein, little to no fat, etc) and it has helped me get lean but I am in the stage in which I would like to work hard to get to the lower body fat levels while maintaining/gaining my weight.

I would like a specific diet routine w/ timings and what to eat/how much to eat that will optimize fat loss and muscle buildling at the same time.

Thank you,
Asad

Answer
Dear Asad,

The best specific diet/exercise routine I can think of for your case is Tom Venuto's program. You can get one following this link: http://hop.clickbank.net/?bestweight/burnthefat

It's a next best plan to a personal trainer. I don't think you can get any better help online.
