Have you been trying to lose weight from your stomach, sick of the spare tire around your belly? Are you finding you’re continually asking yourself this question, “ how to lose big stomach, how can I do it”?

From my research I have pin pointed these important area’s to quickly lose your belly fat and slim down.

1. Diet: What to eat, you’ll have to change the way you eat. For instance, swap your take away food for fresh natural food. Exchange that burger for a salad, some Tuna and rice biscuits. Eat more fruit and vegetables.

2. Exercise: Whether you like it or not, you will have to do some sort of Cardio exercise. You could start off with a brisk walk every day, 30 minutes is good.

3. Stay away from processed food: Keep away from all that processed food, like salami, man-made meats like, luncheon meat, pressed chicken etc. These foods have lots of harmful chemicals in them. Like Trans Fats….in those moist muffins, some crackers, margarine.

4. Other nasty’s: Sugars, sweeteners, salt, artificial colors and so on and so on.

5. Motivation: As I was writing this, I was listening to Oprah, and there was a nutritionist speaking and he said, “95% of people fail with losing weight because of MOTIVATION”. What does that tell us. It tells us that to succeed with losing weight you have to get motivated, get some good support around you to keep motivating you.

6. Foods that help you lose fat: Here are some great foods to help you start on the track to know how to lose big stomach, and do it fast if you're serious about shedding that excess weight.

  • Quinoa: This is a grain that is said to help reduce weight by having a hunger busting protein in it with lots of fiber helping you feel fuller for longer.
  • Green Tea: This is stated to actually help burn belly fat, it works by stimulating the metabolism hence burning more fat.
  • Grapefruit: While it doesn't have any magical fat burning properties, what it does do is make you feel full with less calories. Which is good for you. It also contains good soluble fiber which helps eliminate toxins also.

Here is something for you to think about, food is good how it is, so why process it? Huh, good thought isn’t it? So, that’s why we should eat good fresh food, get more veggies into you, go out and kick the football with the kids, take the family on a hike to some nice forest, or lake doesn’t matter just get moving.
