Some people are under the misconception that you can eat whatever you want and still lose that belly fat, and be healthy. Well you can still lose fat by eating whatever you want even candy, cookies, and whatever other junk food you like. I have been there and done it, but you will have to eat it in small amounts, and just about starve yourself to death doing it.

This is not a good way to lose weight, and it is very unhealthy, but I see people doing it all the time just so they can have their candy and junk food, and they either end up giving it up because it is not satisfying, and gaining all the weight back.

So what is the best way to cure belly fat?

Yes you can lose weight without counting calories, I have done it and it is not that hard. But you have to eat good healthy foods.

Some good fat burning foods

Vegetables, eat things like cauliflower, spinach, asparagus and brussel spouts are a few of the best greens vegetables to eat.

Lean Meat

Some of the best healthy meats to eat are poultry and fish, best to cook without the skin. Low-fat dairy products are fine for losing weight.

What not to eat

White bread, pasta, and most of your carbohydrates, Stay away from sugar, soda, and all junk foods as much as you can.

Things you can eat

three eggs a day, half a cup of walnuts, tuna salad is a good healthy food, grilled chicken, a cup of rice are a few great foods to help burn off body fat.

A little fruit is fine just not a lot, most berries are low in sugar, and fruit is a good fiber food.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Exercise Is A Belly Fat Cure

Don't forget about the most important part of losing weight exercising.

You should always do some sort of exercise at lest four to five times a week for 20 or 30 minutes a day or more.

It can be as simple as walking in the park, riding a bike, or just a little aerobic exercising in your home to help you pump up your metabolism, that will help to burn the calories and belly fat faster.

Do not go for all this diet garbage you hear about being able to lose weight and still be healthy, by eating whatever you like. It just isn't true! and you can get yourself in to some big health problems trying it. Eat good foods exercise, and be healthy it's the only way.
