This Indian herb with warm water will help you shed those kilos

How does guggul help you lose weight?

Guggul or Indian bdellium is great for weight loss. Not only does it help keep your blood cholesterol levels in check, but also helps regulate the proper working of your thyroid gland, regulates its function and increases your metabolic rate. It also helps speed up your metabolism, therefore helps you lose weight.

How to use it?

You can buy guggul in your local Ayurveda store. Ideally you should have about two to four grams of this herb with warm water once in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. Doing this on a regular basis will help you see the difference.
