Walking is the simplest form of exercise in which a person can engage. All you need is some time and comfortable shoes. It may help if you had a walking partner and someone to chat to if you feel you may need help on staying motivated.

Take on a new sport

Learn a new sport that keeps you active and on your feet! Tennis or squash are wonderful examples. They not only help you burn calories but also get your lungs working, and can give you a great workout!
