One of the main reasons people don't work out is that they think they don't have the time. While I am quite certain that ALL of us can MAKE the time to exercise if we realise its importance, this is not a discussion of priorities. It is, rather, a bit of GREAT NEWS!
You see, there is a weight-loss exercise protocol that has been shown to be amazing for FAT LOSS and it only takes 4 minutes to complete.
It is called a 'Tabata', named after the Japanese man who discovered its effectiveness through his research.
Take any one exercise (the ones I prefer are bodyweight squats, push-ups, kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches) and do the movement continuously for 20 seconds, then take a 10-second break.
Repeat eight times.
This sounds easy, but try it before you shrug it off. You'll be glad you did!
Pro tip: Download a Tabata timer app on your phone. Counting your own intervals makes it too easy to cheat. The effectiveness is in sticking to the times.
