If you're out and about, and lost in the aisle of dangerous foods in the supermarket, or at a cocktail party with a tempting buffet - you need protection!

Most of us aren’t confident enough in our abilities to avoid scoffing some unhealthy snacks - especially if we are hungry. In order to boost your resistance, you need to be prepared at all times. You need to carry dietary protection to prevent an 'accident' from occurring.

What does this mean?

Well, it's simple really. I always carry some sort of snack food that fits my diet programme.

That way, when I am faced with extreme hunger or temptation I can grab the snack I am armed with, instead of giving in to whatever is in my sights.

This is a way of combating those moments where one act of weakness spells disaster for the rest of the day (or week!).

We often try to negotiate with ourselves, and rationalise a delay in our diets, “Since I cheated once, I might as well pick up the healthy plan again tomorrow… or next Monday.”

But if you're prepared for these moments you can go much longer without a mishap, leading to more consistency in your eating habits - one of the prime factors for WEIGHT LOSS.

So always be prepared - carry dietary protection!
