If you think these figures are high then consider the number of calories contained in other drinks. A strawberry daiquiri has about 300 calories whilst a margarita has 340 calories.
So if you must have something apart from the good ol' water!, then try opting for drinks that are lower in calories. You could save between 150 to 200 calories!
