Question
I have calcification and inflamation of my rotary tendon and my physical therapist thinks my tendon might still be inflammed and my range of motion hasn't made much progress according to them. Are there foods or suppliments I can have liberally that have powerful anti-inflammatory properties. I'd like to avoid a cortisol shot which I'm told can make my arm weak and even deteriorate bone.

Answer
Hi James here is a list of foods that have anti inflammatory properties

Kelp
Papaya
Blue berries
Green tea
Wild caught salmon
Broccoli
Sweet potato
Turmeric
There are others but I have see these work well.

Also to help reduce calcification eat your greens.

Good luck with this and feel better soon.
