Help losing a few inchs

Question
Hi there Richard, wow dont you look amazing im wondering if you could give me some advise so i feel and look as great as you are.

I feel like i am struggling with my weight loss, i use jump rope to burn off calories and exercise which i love using the jump rope for this reason ive been doing this jump rope exercise for a year now.

The thing is i've started binge eating, and im eating everything in sight and then the weight i lost i am gaining it back which is so frustrating, it is now driving me crazy.

I eat brown foods and rarly touch white, but over time i crave things like chocolate, is it a woman thing? i dont know ha.

I've got a pedometer and ive been trying to burn off every single thing ive eating, so im taken steps about the house and walking around, from i open my eyes ive got my pedometer on counting how many calories im burning, i burn off what ive eating and i become starving and i end up eating double sometimes even what ive lost i eat it back.

What ive noticed is i can eat up to 3000 calories per day and burn 1800 and im alway left with 1200 calorie, i dont notice any weight loss.

If i eat 2000 calories per day and burn off 1200 i feel really tired. So how does this calorie thing work, do i need to burn off every single thing ive eating plus an extra 500 to lose a pound of fat? I'm 5ft4.5 and im 132lbs and im trying to slim down to get into a us size 4, i do fit in this size but i want to lose a few more inchs to fit into it perfectly.

Do you have any advise? The only exercise i do enjoy would be walking and jump rope. I work part time cleaning offices, which burns around 400 calories per day. I skip for 15 mins to 30 per day, i have engery i skip up to an hour. I used my pedometer and i burned 100 calories in 7 mins while skipping so i guess it burns alot of calories in a short time. I'm also 22 year old female.

Hope to hear back from you soon, regards
nicole

Answer
Binge eating is definitely not productive. If you have a SMALL amount of something you're craving (like a tiny bit of chocolate every day) that should help with the cravings. I know, I crave chocolate too. Buy yourself a bag of chocolate morsels (preferably sugar-free) and have A COUPLE OF MORSELS to satisfy the craving.

Now, as far as the calories go, you didn't tell me your current height, weight, and age, so its hard for me to tell you exactly what you should be eating, but 3000 calories a day is a LOT. Try to keep what you're eating under 2000 calories. See if that helps. Make sure you journal EVERYTHING you eat (write it down with calorie counts).

Walking a jumping rope is good for cardio, but what are you doing for strength training? Lifting weights is VERY important.
