Answer
Congratulations of losing the weight - in this day and age there is so much temptation out there to make it difficult. You have done so well!!!

I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago... I had lost about 15lbs and then plateuxed. A friend, who is a pharmacist runs a weight loss clinic, introduced me to a group of a products. You can get them at

http://www.theherbalifeshop.com/quickstart-plus-weight-management-program.html

http://www.theherbalifeshop.com/formula-1-nutritional-shake-mi1.html

The first site will provide the complete program you need and the second offers you enough Formula 1 shake to give you a full month's supply of meal replacements and supplements that will get you the results you need.

All you do is replace breakfast for a shake and lunch OR dinner with another. Have a healthy snack in the mid-afternoon or whenever you feel hungry (there a great selection of healthy energy boosting snacks on the site)Never be afraid to eat when you feel hungry... and that is it... Simple!

Whatever you do, do not feel as though you are sacrificing food for this program. I ran these products by a doctor in the UK and he stressed how the nutritional value of them is far higher than what I had been previously eating.... bearing in mind that I am a personal trainer and boxing coach, this was one hell of a statement.

I weighed a client yesterday and he has lost 11lbs and 5% of his body fat in 4 weeks.

I hope this helps!
