wanting to lose weight after 2 kids

Question
hello.. I'm beginning to feel rather fed up I found it difficult to lose my last 14 pounds with my first boy and the same has happened this time too.. this means I'm now 25ish pounds more than I used to be.. I am 'ok' with myself at the moment but feel aware all the time that I don't seem to be losing weight.  I try to eat healthy I try to exercise I'm not counting calories or anything.. I don't really believe dieting is the question.  I emotionally eat and would love to stop this as I feel If I didnt do this then I'd probably lose weight.. can you help me at all .. thanks a lot for reading. Chris.

Answer
Hi Chris,

Emotional eating? Myth. It is empty food that keeps you hungry, keeps you eating and on an emotional rollercoaster. Revamp what you consider Healthy.

Relax, it will raise your metabolism. Also explore Pilates and/or yoga.
