Lentils, cooked 1 cup 6.6mg

Chickpeas,mashed cooked 1 cup 4.7mg

Spinach, cooked 1 cup 2.9mg

Potato mashed 1 medium 2.8mg

Peas, cooked 1 cup 2.5mg

There is also a product on my website called Juice Plus gummies that are a good source of iron and prepared from fresh fruits and vegetables.  Check them out at http://www.juiceblend.com   Hope this helps.
