QUESTION: i am 20 yrs old my height is 5 ft i wana lose weight.the diet plans that i find on internet i can't follow them coz the vegetables,breads and type of meat they suggest r not avilable in my city in Pakistan.and the vegetables that i can get well i don't find a diet plan according to it can u suggest me a good diet plan?also i am used to about eating spicy food so may b i can't continue for too long if the diet plan is like boiled vegetables ant fruits only.actually i have surgery marks on my body and when i gain weight my flesh is divided in ugly sections.plx help
i don't knoe what to eat and what not to eat.i wana loose weight fast.

I would try one of these two plans:

1. The "carbohydrate addict-type" of plan. If you follow the rules below, you will eventually never be hungry and eat much less calories.

You might want to skip breakfast and for lunch take only eggs, chicken with the skin, fried in oil, maybe a little yogurt - any food that are higher in fat, lower in carbohydrates, nothing that is sweet. Than, you can have anything you want for dinner, but make it sure that you eat only for one hour.

2. Try what's called "intermittent fasting" read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intermittent_fasting or watch video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SzmQsft-8U also, watch this vidoe about research on Ramadan: http://www.scivee.tv/node/5685 . You can do this if you skip not only breakfast but also lunch, than have all you want for dinner. Or, eat every other day: one day, eat all day long what you want, but eat nothing at all during the next day, only drink water, etc.

This both types of "diet" result in calorie restriction and switching on the fat-metabolizing biochemical pathway. Of course, you must do some kind of exercise.
