constantly fatigued

Question
Dear Awdhesh,
I am a 27 year old female. I am only 100 pounds and 5'3". I've always been very underweight and unable to have a very good appetite. I don't usually do much movement or exercise. Mainly just sitting to use the computer or read a book. But I always felt I had plenty of energy. Now lately, I am tired for no reason and I find myself taking too many naps and unable to do the things I need to do. Can you please help me gain more energy back? I don't feel like a healthy 20-something year old anymore... Thank you kindly in advance for your help!

Answer
It seems that you have lost motivation in your life. The feeling of boredom seeps in the life of a person, when he finds no worthwhile things to do.

The motivation comes from love and goal. We all enjoy doing things that brings joy to self and to the people whom we love. Hence, when we are not connected with other people, the jest of life is gone.

I can suggest you to make more friends and find purpose in your life and job. Just think of the things that make you happy. Do such things which you love and enjoy. Gradually you will get your life back on rail.
