Lea
I think my low carbing is leaving me rundown.
Its been three months now.The first one was OK,but then I started feeling run down all the time like I had a virus.My weight and cardio work were suffering.
This week I started eating carbs again(not binging on them),and my energy and workouts are almost back to normal.
What do you think?

Hi Barry,
Carbs are what give us fuel and help us think clearly (brain food).  I absolutely agree with you that you need carbs to have energy.  It's all about balance of the food groups, if the balance is there you are doing just fine! Please don't hesitate to ask further questions.
