Clean out your fridge


If you want to lose some weight and keep it off then make a start today by cleaning out your refrigerator. Throw out all unhealthy, trans fat and high sugar foods that make your waistline grow. This may include cakes, pastries, confectionar, etc.

Don’t forget the beverages!

Remember that beverages can also be high in calories. Take note of cooldrinks and high energy drinks as these are loaded with sugar. Replace with low calorie drinks or juices. Water should also be on top of your list here.

Keep fresh produce

After cleaning out your refrigerator, you can stock it up with some fresh fruit and vegetables. These are high in nutrients and make excellent snacks. Not only are they convenient as they require no preparation (apart from a good wash!), but they make a great snack especially if you are trying to lose weight!
