It’s so often said that when we see food, we are tempted to eat it. So use this to your advantage and stock up the fruit bowl.

Fruits are low in calories, but fill you up. They make an excellent snack and require little or no preparation time whatsoever.

A weight loss diet should always include fruit. Eating a variety of fruit provides your body with the essential vitamins that it requires to function properly.

Try choosing different coloured fruit, or fruits that are in season. Instead of buying only your favourites over and over again, opt for something new, so that you don’t get bored of fruits altogether.
Place your fruit bowl in a spot where you can clearly see it, whether it’s in the kitchen or on the dining room table. Buy yourself a fancy bowl if you need some motivation to start this new habit. Small efforts can make a big difference to your weight loss attempts!
