Why exercise?
Whether it’s 10 sit-ups or push-ups, engaging in some form of physical activity can remind you of your weight loss goals and keep you on track.
In fact, you will burn some calories too, as an added benefit!
What exercise should I do?
You could even go for a quick jog or hop onto the treadmill for a few minutes. Or if you have a stationary bicycle or weights at home, these may offer you other options.
It doesn’t really matter what form of exercise you do, just as long as you keep yourself active and stay away from the unhealthy temptations!
