Whats an 80/20 eater?


Have you heard of an 80/20 eater before? This could be a great strategy for weight loss.
Jillian Michaels, personal trainer suggests that you ‘make 80 percent of the food you eat healthy and take 20 percent of your daily calories and make them fun’.
Don’t deprive yourself!
She says that if you don’t, you may become more tempted to overindulge in unhealthy and junk foods and this may throw your weight loss plans straight out the door!
So eat healthily, feel better and look great and remember that it’s ok to have your favourite treat now and again – just don’t overdo it! And don’t forget to exercise too!
