Combo meals generally come at a cheaper price than if you had to order the two items separately. But on the downside, consuming these meals may help your waistline grow twice the size.
According to Men’s Health, a study from the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing revealed that people consume more calories when they order combo meals as they end up with more food on their plate than they want or need.
