Old Timers Baseball

Question
I  am 65 years old. I play Old timers fast pitch baseball. I am 5-11 1/2 ft tall and currently weigh 203 lbs. I lift weights 3 times a week and treadmill 6 days a week. I want to get down to 175-180 lbs for my playing weight. Please advise the  best way to eat to achieve this goal.

Thank You

Answer
Dear Jim,

You seem to be doing absolutely great!

With your physical workload, you probably need to eat not less -- just different foods. However, I'd like you to check your body fat percent to see how to improve your body composition without harming your strength and energy.

Why wouldn't you join our Banta program and see what we can do together about it. It's free and easy to sign up. Please go to http://bantadiet.com and look around. If this isn't something you think you need, feel free contacting me again.

Good luck,

Tanya Zilberter
