low calorie/carbs

Question
Joseph
I am 46,220 lbs.,pretty good shape cardio wise but at least 30 lbs over weight.
I have always kept my calorie intake down,as I have a sluggish metabolism. It has improved somewhat with regular cardio.
Just recently I started cutting out the carbs and am starting to lose weight.Problem is I am not a big meat eater and was raised on bread, potatoes, etc.
I cant live on meat and veggies much longer.Any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Joseph
My wife had a similar problem. Her favorites are rice , pasta and potatoes.

She always said "I can't eat that much meat"

The key to getting her into a more balanced diet was including the meat in dishes that were previously more starches. In other words...not meat by itself.

Find a meat that you like and cook it in a wide variety of ways. Without knowing what you like I can't be more specific
