Hello..this is Nahiyan Asif from Bangladesh.I am 19 years old with a height of 5 feet 11 inch....Recently I measured my weight...and it showed 55kg..So,you will now realize that i am very thin guy..Yes,I am...Tall and lanky..I had no tension with it until I saw that tat my weight is Juss 55.I like to eat chicken and vegetables..Bt I dnt like fishes that much..I dnt take raddish...Nw what I want is to gain a weight of 15 kg more....I dnt like to drink milk..i hate that smell...My frends told me that go to gym you wil have a muscular body..Bt as I am a student I dnt have time for It...I need a food list which will help me to gain a weight of more than 70 kg...foremost thing is that i want to be fat...I need a belly...thats it...i think many girls dnt like me aftr they see me.as i am thin...like lamp post..lol....Nw I seek Ur help ...PLs Help me wth a food list..PLs...Nd pls pardon my language and sentences...I hope that U will undrestand my words..Thanking You...Nahiyan Asif

Hi!  Thank you for your question.  The best way to gain weight, especially if you are not concerned specifically with gaining muscle, is to just eat as much as you can.  Foods with a lot of calories will be best.  I would not recommend eating foods very unhealthy because you just want to gain weight, not set yourself up to have a heart attack later in life.  I will give you a list of foods that do not include fish, radish, or milk products that may help you gain weight.  Snacking a lot will help.  Here are some foods I hope you like: nuts, seeds, peanut butter, bananas, mango, papaya, coconut, dried fruit, fruit juice, avocado, potatoes, corn, peas, olives, eggs, beans, rice, bread, and cereal.  Dark meat (legs and thighs) on chicken has more calories than white meat (breast and wings) and eating the skin will add calories.  Adding condiments (butter, oil, tahini, curry, salsa) will also add calories to foods.  Dessert will add calories, but eating too much sugar can increase your risk of diabetes.  I have also noticed many desserts in Bangladesh include milk, so I don't know if you eat much dessert.
