Belly Fat on a Man

Question
Hello, Thanks for you service, I have a great wuestion. I a 19 year old male my height is 5'11 and I weight 174 pounds. I used to weigh 185 last winter. But i  began working out and running alot and dropeed to 165 pounds in the summer. Now I gain 9 pounds. I go to gym 2-3 times a week running 35 minutes on treadmill, and no matter how much weight I lose my stomach is still there. I did crunches and everything. Now its winter in NYC and Im more lazy, I don;t cu ton bread like I did in the summer, is there a way to lose the belly and is running to much the key?? thanks

Answer
Meir,
My husband had the same problem.  The best ways to combat belly fat is a mix of strategies.  Cut down on fatty foods as much as possible, do cardio and do abdominal exercises.  Fat around the belly takes the longest to lose, be patient and take measurements once a month or every 6 weeks to track progress.
Good Luck and feel free to ask any follow up questions,
Lea
