Waist-watching diet and exercise plan

hi
my name is mike and i am 21 years old. i would like to lose my waist right now i am between 210-220 not exactly sure.
i don't eat beef or pork and i don't like sweets,cakes, and junk food. i exercise 5 days a weeks(about 30 min. a day) but i can't lose my belly could you possibly give me some advise?
