Tight, Toned Tummy Tips: De-bloat your system

We all know the feeling of being bloated. It's uncomfortable. You feel like you need to be wearing clothing one size bigger than you are.

But what if I told you that your 'NORMAL' is probably already bloated, and you just didn't know it. If you suffer from irregular digestion, joint pain, headaches or fatigue then your body is probably inflamed to some degree.

If you eat foods containing wheat or dairy I'm even more certain that you're walking around bloated.

Bloating is bad!

The issue is that, if you want your tummy to look flat and toned then bloating is your worst enemy. You need to get rid of the inflammation to have the best possible appearance in your midsection.

So how does one de-bloat?

There are many ways, but here are the two best starting points: proper hydration and cutting out inflammatory foods (wheat, dairy, sugary foods, processed foods) and exchanging them for fruits and vegetables.

Start simple ... Don't have any wheat for the next seven days. If it makes a difference to how you feel you're winning.

Then start cutting out the other things one per week or so. You'll look and feel SO much better for it.
