If you or your loved one are concerned about your weight, then you would need to start making a bigger attempt at not just losing some, but also at preventing gaining more weight! The sooner you start, the better!

During lunch and dinner, avoid consuming wine, juices or other high calorie drinks. If at a restaurant, order a glass of iced water with a slice of lemon in it. If at home, prepare that drink yourself.

In fact, you could take it further by keeping a jug of iced water on the table. Not only will this encourage you to drink up and hydrate, but it will encourage your family as well! You could also add ice cubes to your drink – remember this is just water so the more you have of it, the better it is for weight loss.

You could also purchase some new fancy drinking glasses to encourage you to stay on track in consuming healthy beverages. Remember that making small changes will go a long way in helping you to prevent weight gain.
