i have been eating next to nothign lately and exercising heaps and my arms and thighs have gone flabby and expanded why woudl that be so>

Dear Jenna, The body is in constant regeneration. When you break down your muscles with exercise, you must supply adequate nutrients to rebuild those muscles, especially protein. If you are eating next to nothing, the body is forced to breakdown other muscles (like your arms) to rebuild more important ones like your heart.
