Whilst seated, relax your shoulders and drop one ear towards the shoulder. Now gently roll your neck from one shoulder to the other – this should take about five seconds. Try doing this exercise about five times before switching to the other side and repeating the process.
Hunch your shoulders forward, followed by upward, backward and downward. Do this in a gentle circular motion for about five times backwards and five times forwards.
Sit down and place your feet a few centimetres apart. Then lift your feet and move them in a circular motion using your toes. Note that one foot should be moving in a clockwise direction and the other in an anti-clockwise direction. Both feet should be moving at the same time. Rotate them in each direction for about 15 seconds.
